A girl, July, who is stuck everywhere, just wants to live a clean, prosperous life. But that is not the life she was born with. Living in struggles and embarrassment she is a shut in, non-communicational teen who just works really hard for what she wants all on her own, even though she doesn't know what she really wants to do.
Jasper, as everyone calls him is a boy. A teen boy. His family has money and he's not stressed out over anything particular. He never pays close attention to just one thing, knows July. Well, he knows OF July. But soon enough that will change.
The ICK girl. That's what she is and everyone calls her that but know body cares what she does. Everyone likes her and she has always lived in Red Crest, a small town just outside of a larger city. She shares almost everything. Body and mind.
When July moved to Red Crest she is ignored. Nobody cares who she is or that she's new. Everything was different from how she expected but she soon got used to it. The ICK girl( Ickes) after so long finally gets the chance to talk to July and goes on a whirl wind of growth through their contact. Jasper finds an interest in something. Someone. He didn't know that he could be free from stress and low drugs until he came along a person who has too much love of simple things and wishes for what he didn't know he wanted at all.
First I would like to say that this is my first full novel that I am having an audience for. This is kind of an experiment to see if I should get this published or even finish writing it at all. I would love feedback and honest opinions. Hope you enjoy for many reasons, one being that this is the story I want to read and need to write.
I have just under half of the story written and think this is a good way to see if I should keep at it.
I know that some of what I say as myself can be long and possibly wordy and I apologize for that. I hope that you like my story and even possibly me.
