This story kind of explains why I have problems finishing stories, u have ideas then it like how do I make them not so cliché or cringe worthy. A short story with a semi finished ending, it leaves me a bit of wriggle room to add to, if I decide to. The war however started and all of humanity on that planet was stuck there as the portals that once allowed free travel between the two worlds was shut down. Scott Caine, a once proud member of the U.S. Army was now stuck here with the forces that had been cutoff from earth and the United States.
