Mizuno Yua is a student at Mihama middle school, always involved in class and always doing her best to get along with her peers. While balancing school, her home life, and her adoration for the ocean, Yua struggles to find her own identity amongst everyone pulling her every which way.

With people tying her to the land and people tying her to the sea, she finds herself anchored in place while struggling between the two worlds. Who knows who the girl will choose, which of her loves she'll decide her heart belongs with.
