Nymeria Targaryen is a bastard daughter of Prince Daemon Targaryen with Lady Mysaria after Mysaria was sent back to Lys, she discovered she was with child and decided not to tell Daemon about his child for she wanted her child to have a better future and not end up like most Targaryens.
Lucerys Velaryon/Targaryen is the second-born son of Princess Rhaenyra and Laenor Velaryon (Harwin Strong) grew up in the Red Keep for the earlier parts of his life with his family but later moved to Dragonstone for Rhaenyra felt no support other than her father and the whispers of her son's legitimacy.
Was Mysaria right by hiding Daemon's daughter from him?
Was Mysaria a good mother by keeping Nymeria away from her birth rights?

Legacy of the White Dragon: A Dance of Dragons
Aemon Targaryen/Jon Snow is slain in a cell when he waits for his fate after slaying Daenerys for the good of the realm. As the ones who kill him, was a terror thought slain, a clint of blue seen in the eyes who kill him. Brandon Stark was no more and wasn't since the Battle of Long Night. Knowing the world will fall into eternal Night and death will come for all. Gods of old send him back to into the time of the world when it lost one of its most valued strengths against the coming darkness. After hearing the gods, Jon accepts that he's reborn as Aemon Targaryen, son of Baelon Targaryen and Lyanna Stark, marking a new era. The gods hope the world is better prepared for the war, too. If he fails the gods, he won't have the power to revere it again. (Jon is sent back to times of the Dance of Dragons : The story starts on the second moon of the year 92 A.C.) The gods will send some other changes into the world. A Black dragon supposed to fade burns again, and mother, once lost, is seen again. So what happens when gods throw one last dice to help mankind? The Realm's Angel
In the castle of Red Keep, in a city called King's Landing, lived a young princess, the beautiful Jahaenya Targaryen, the youngest daughter of King Viserys I Targaryen and Queen Aemma Arryn, and younger sister of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen. She is known for the kindness and care she displays for everyone, while also maintaining some bravery and extreme loyalty to her house. Behind closed doors, she is a rebel, and is not like regular royalty. This does not change as she grows, and she is determined to fight for her sister at whatever cost, while continuing to do her duty as a princess. After all, she is called the Realm's Angel.
The Dragon in the North
That one night in the brothel in Flea Bottom between Rhaenyra and Daemon and the "forgotten" Moon Tea the next day were not without consequences. In early 114 AC, Rhaenyra gave birth to a daughter on Dragonstone. This happened without the knowledge of the vipers in the Red Keep and the only ones who knew about the little girl were Rhaenyra, Daemon, Laenor, Laena and Rhaenys. Set in an alternate reality of House of the Dragon, Daenery's is the youngest daughter of King Viserys and Queen Alicent. King Viserys' health is failing him. Tensions begin to rise between the two factions of House Targaryen, the Blacks and the Greens, making Daenerys wish she were anywhere else. She spends her days avoiding her life at court, but she is soon rudely awakened to the harsh reality of her position. This story is not entirely book or show accurate, I am taking some creative liberties. For example, in this story, Rhaenyra never moved to Dragonstone with her family and remained in the Red Keep.
