This story follows the formation of Nightmare's gang and the challenges they later face when toe-to-toe with The Council, their opposite in almost every way.  Nightmare does everything he can to keep the balance stable in the face of his twin's misconceptions, though his tactics aren't always the most human. Will the struggle be the end of him?
