An Undertale Multiverse story focusing on Nightmare's gang.
This story follows the formation of Nightmare's gang and the challenges they later face when toe-to-toe with The Council, their opposite in almost every way. Nightmare does everything he can to keep the balance stable in the face of his twin's misconceptions, though his tactics aren't always the most human. Will the struggle be the end of him? Is he really just as monstrous as everyone thinks? Most importantly, will he be able to hold on to the ones he has come to care for?

Unwanted protection
Everyone knows the Star Sanses: they're the Guardians of the Multiverse, and protect it from Nightmare and his minions, who only want to spread chaos and destruction. They're kind, strong, brave, the good guys! How can you not love them? You can't. They deserve the world. They're perfect and selfless and precious, and must be protected at any (and I do mean ANY) cost. Not that they couldn't protect themselves, of course! It's just, the Multiverse doesn't give them the appreciation and respect they deserve, not really. But Nightmare, Error, Horror, Killer, Dust, Cross... they know how much Dream, Ink and Blue are worth. And they'll keep them safe. Forever. Color and Nightmare have been fighting over Killer for a long time, trying to get him to stay and switch sides over and over. But nobody has asked Killer how this makes him feel. Feeling all that pain, being reminded off his horrible past, and then getting it all torn away from and being forced to start over again.
