If Internet Rumours are true, then Dokugan Ryu is responsible for nearly every major crime in the past decade. Dokugan is a child prodigy who, according to the rumours, steals and robs even the tightest security banks in the world. Dokugan is so smart, apparently he rivals even the great Artemis Fowl. Why he chose the life of crime at such a young age is unknown. But, now he, and everything he has impacted, has changed.
