Kazuha was someone who wanted to bring peace to the world, he always cared for people. They were both enemies for their differences, but Scaramouche was confused, was he really feeling something? He was only a puppet without emotions. However, Dottore wasn't convinced about the idea that Scara could feel love, so he did everything to prevent him of feeling that. Secondly, Kazuha and Scaramouche might be a bit OOC (out of character) here. This is because I'm exploring new roles and themes for them. I hope it doesn't bother anyone or show too much. Thirdly, I took inspiration from BSD Beast, hence the name of the fic being a reference to Osamu Dazai's book No Longer Human, and the whole mafioso thingy.
