Nico Di'Angelo is the new kid.
He is moving to a new school because he knows some of the kids there. Like his friends Annabeth Chase, Jason and Thalia Grace, Piper McLean, Leo Valdz, Frank Zhang, Hazel Lequves, and Grover Underwood. He is excited to have friends at his school and have someone to do stuff with. He is always seen as the emo kid but he'll have friends now. But what if Nico finds a new, unexpected friend? I wonder who.

All his life he has been seen as that one weird quiet kid, that the teachers don't want to deal with. He lives with an abusive drunk, what did you expect? He goes to Goode High, where he only has two friends, Gover Underwood and Leo Valdez, and is made fun of for his lack of speech. What happens when he meets the new kid? Why does the kid even care about Percy? no one has before. Will he make another friend? Or will the new kid be like everyone else and stop trying?
