On an Exoplanet that humans had somehow screwed up and exploded the planet's core, wiping out all life... Well, not entirely all life.
Neo, a kindhearted teen has lived his life inside a bunker that was made to protect him and several of his fellow worker drones from crazed murderous machines that were sent to wipe them all out.
In an attempt to spread more awareness of adding weaponry to their defensives, Neo sneaks out to the outside to show his big sister and his fellow worker drones by shooting down a Murder Drone.
Things take a bumpy turn in Neo's life when befriended a Murder Drone, uncover unsettling secrets, and eldritch horrors are unraveled as he tries to find the truth of his corrupted creators.

Copper-9, an exoplanet with minerals to mine and a cheap, easy-to-make work force to mine them: Worker Drones. With Worker Drones comes Disassembly Drones, their "natural" predators. Sent from beyond to slaughter all of the cowardly workers who hide in bunkers for fear of death. Except Mallory. The bastard only stays inside to sleep all day in a nice warm bed and gives lip to anyone that wakes him up. So when a surprisingly short Murder Drone waltzes right into the bunker, panic ensues, and panic makes noise, and noise tends to wake people up. == Story of a sleepy eepy guy who wishes to his sleep paralysis demon that people would leave him the [BEEP] alone. But where's a good story where everything goes the way someone wants? Got the idea from some art randomly and thought, " Ay, that's pretty good."

It went on so long... So agonizingly long. They tried to hide... to run... anything to stay alive... I remember their cries: "What's going on?" "Why is this happening?" "What are those things?" Senseless slaughter, that's all it really was. They killed everyone. Drones, humans. guilty, innocent, it didn't matter. All that death... it didn't fix anything. And then, once it was all over, they dragged those corpses down below where they'd never be found. Entire planets... Multiple. All extinguished of their population. All the drones and all the humans, even plant and animal life was purged. None were safe. And after the slaughter, they... ate them... to stay alive. To fulfill the twisted vision of their "creator". Despite surviving with minimal injuries, the ship is totaled and he's stranded on this tundra-void exoplanet. Is there any chance of survival?
