Amanda Waller's reach has expanded beyond Task Force X. With Gotham and the rest of the world in chaos, Waller executes a bold plan to expose the Justice League to the public as corrupt, untrustworthy, and dangerous. Using the heroes and villains she has captured-including the Gotham City Sirens, Birds of Prey, and select metahumans-she manipulates events to make it appear the Justice League orchestrates global threats.
