A bright child, from a not so bright family, forced into a life of smiling for pictures. When everyone she knows and everyone else dies of unknown cause, what should she do? It's too late, they're all gone. She feels hesitant yet certain to leave everything she knows behind, while a whole new world of adventure paints a path in her book. What lies in store for her next? Not even the most sparkly star knows, but do you?

WoF Fanfiction - discontinued and really bad Hybrid was, well, a hybrid. She used to have a good life, kept hidden from the public. She didn't know what type of dragon she was and had no friends, but that didn't matter. She had her icewing dad, who took her out hunting and loved her enough to make up for everything else twofold. She thought that her difference wasn't necessarily bad. That all changed one day. Hybrid and her father were out, close to where they usually went hunting, and were celebrating her third birthday by going whaling. They were spotted. Another icewing took down her father, killing him for harboring a hybrid. Hybrid was dumped in the desert outside of the wall, where she was found by a sandwing. The sandwing drug her out to die in the dunes. She survived. Barely. After being stabbed by the sandwing's tail barb, she thought she was done for. The last thing that she remembered was her front talons feeling way too cold, especially in contrast to her sunburnt body. Then, black. When she woke up, she was even more different. A/N: I apologize, because, looking back, I kind of lost any inspiration for the first idea, can't mesh it with the idea I tried to throw in, and it would not make sense to ignore either of them....... So yeah this is discontinued, it's really a bad story. I may revamp it into a situation that makes more sense some time in the near future, though. This a story based on the book series Wings Of Fire, obviously. In this universe, most of the canon events didn't happen, and are instead replaced by my own original stories and characters. No canon characters from the books exist in this world. There is at least one fantribe in this world, that fantribe belonging to me. Mud'wings don't exist in this world, because i have an unexplained hatred for them. This book is a little outdated and will be getting a rewrite soon! ------------------ Fighting, dragons were always fighting in the Rainforest. Not physically, but verbally. The Rainforest Kingdom was being torn apart by its residents. The RainWing's and NightWing's. Queen Dandelion and King Palmtree are doing nothing to calm down their tribe, so, someone else has to. Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together? Or will they be split apart and she'll be stuck between torn sides. ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T.
