The Church of Autellia had been lead by immortals since its birth. After being dormant for almost fifty years, the Northern kingdom of Windermere receives word that the Church has risen again under a new immortal's reign. The Church lives by the laws of their ancient deity, believed to be the one to give and take life, as well as guide souls to the afterlife. Throughout history, they've visited kingdoms which have rose and fell over time to judge them. If they are worthy of their goddess' blessing then the Church leaves, and its believed that the kingdom receives good fortune and prosperity. If not, well... Its not always time that swallows kingdoms.

Maeven Constantine is the heir and sole daughter of the late Serena Constantine and ruling Lord Ulfric Constantine. At her twenty-first year of life, she's not lived through war, but battle and bloodshed has been apart of her for as long as she can remember. She grew up in the bitter cold and has grown to be as stubborn and spirited as any Constantine before her. When faced with the arrival of an unknown extremist group supposedly lead by an immortal warrior, she's not sure what to do. To look someone in the eyes who believes they have the power and right to destroy your entire family, how is she meant to feel?

Illythia Acyuta is a mere sixty-seven years into her immortality. Her Church and family have been dormant for almost as long as she has been alive. To be the leader her Church needs takes extensive schooling and immaculate form, etiquette, and judgement. She believes in her deity with all her heart and would do anything to make her will so. She's already wiped out the Jorgtorian Hordes for their savagery, and her eyes are on Windermere next. She doesn't know what she'll find, but she knows she's eager to prove her worth as the leader and embodiment of the Church of Autellia.

But perhaps some sins are worth dying for.
