Evangeline Sweetheart is the new puppet and tenth neighbor requested by the creator of Playfellow Workshop.

Evangeline woke up in a familiar yet unfamiliar place filled with colors and in a fun-filled neighborhood full of wacky and quirky characters. But something doesn't sit right with her when she feels strange weirdness consuming the neighborhood and everyone in it.
