Days eventually turned into weeks - then months. Until Arizona had finally come to full terms that they were really over and that she'd never come back. The ring would still be where it had always been, deep in her pocket.
Until she stopped carrying it with her one day and thought to herself that no one could ever come close to Amelia.
And if she had decided on that, then she had also decided that she could never come close to marrying anyone else even in the near future.
