If you have watched The Originals, you know that at the end of season 4, the Mikaelson family performed a ritual to defeat the Hollow. What if I wrote an alternate ending, where the ritual goes wrong?
After the Mikaelson family performs a ritual to defeat the Hollow, everyone except for Hope Mikaelson passed out. The Hollow approaches Hope and offers her a deal: if she comes with the her and let her channel her power for the rest of her life, then the Hollow will spare Hope and her family. What do you think happens next? Will Hope accept the offer and obey Inadu, or will she fight back and try to end the Hollow once and for all? Well I guess you would have to read to find out! I hope you enjoy.

So we know The Hollow was powerful because of magic imbued into her while in utero. We know she was cruel and power hungry but what we didn't know, was that she had a little sister. Enna Labonair was also imbued with magic while in the womb. However it was a different kind of magic, but just as powerful. After Inadu (AKA The Hollow) started showing her true colors they needed a contingency plan, that was Enna. Enna was the exact opposite of her sister. She used her magic to help the other kids in her village, however her people turned on her. After they killed her sister they feared 15 year old Enna would be the same. They tried to kill her, however Enna's mother refused to participate which is why the could only put her into a deep sleep. Now, Hope wants her family back and the only thing keeping her from getting them back is The Hollow. So, when she reads about Enna in an old grimoire she thinks she's found a solution. For a while, protecting Hope was easy. Hope mostly kept to herself, and Valentina was the only person she really talked to. But when a certain boy comes to Salvatore School, things change. Creatures that were supposed to be just myths turn out to be real. To make matters worse, Hope constantly puts herself in danger even though it isn't her job to protect the school. That's what the headmaster, whom Valentina hates, and teachers are supposed to do. Valentina tries to convince Hope not to put herself in danger, but Hope is a Mikaelson after all, and every Mikaelson is stubborn. More you tell them not to do something, more they will want to do it. Now, Valentina is fighting monsters and protecting the school she wants to burn to the ground to protect her sister just like she vowed to do. After all, family is the most important thing in the world, and Valentina protects hers with all she has. Always and Forever.
