What can we do? (MHA animal hybrid AU)

In this AU Izuku Midoriya he is a hyrbid of a seal and a man, but in this sociaty some people don't accept others for their animals! In this story we have four people who's hybrid with animals that are seen as "negative" and one witch that can only help two at a time.
