When Viviana suddenly disappeared, the Vinci family was devastated. The night before her third birthday is a night that they will never forget. Not only did they lose Viviana, their mother was gone as well. The Vinci family was confused, heartbroken but most of all furious. How could their mother take their sister, their sorellina. They were doing everything they could to find her, but it seemed like she had vanished from the face of the earth.

Viviana was living in New York with her mother. She loved her mother dearly, but that was until she started dating her stepfather Michael, it was like a dream come true. She finally had a dad. But her dream turned into an absolute nightmare.

Viviana had just turned 6 when she lost her mother, her former best friend. Ever since then things have changed. Michael started drinking more. He started hurting Viviana in every way possible. He blamed her for the death of her mother.
