First-person story, set in 1865, through the eyes of Evelyn Rose, an 18-year-old girl dreaming of a magic-filled life that she can live in the house of her dreams. She sneaks away every day to a beautiful old house to read her favorite fairy tales to take her to another world inside of her head. Her parents find out she hasn't been doing her studies and lock her down even more. Soon her parents move her to a new town and try to force her to marry someone but this new town is not what it seems... Evelyn and her friend Everett uncover dangerous secrets and deal with Evelyn's impending wedding.

Y'all are down bad (me too) Also the character the pov is in is introverted, but goes by y/n and kind of has like a back story so sorry if that's not your thing Also i'm like a teenager so if I make any mistakes or get something wrong you can tell me but don't be super mean about it and tell me how to fix it for the future This probably isn't going to be 'lore accurate' like how some characters may be related (ex: francis and nacha are divorced) but i'll keep about all of the stuff in! i'll try to get a chapter out every 1-2 days but school is starting soon and I started this story on a weekend so maybe 3-5 days sorry 😔 NO SMUT!! And it's supposed to be in the YA or NA genre but since it doesn't exist in the available categories, I've tagged it as Teen fiction. now, without further ado, I give you: SACA(M)ALLR! -- You get to meet Viz, a girl with a bunch of undiagnosed disorders and self-esteem issues.
