Lightly based off Gerard's real life struggles with addiction BUT this story is fiction and only written for fun.
Gerard Way's Alcohol addiction spirals out of control, it starts affecting the bands ability to perform and puts strains on friendships.
Frank, worried for his best friend, takes him under his wing, in the hopes of getting him sober.
Will Gerard getting sober be the end of My Chemical Romance?

I wrote the original Alcoholic Nightmare fic when I was 17 and it was honestly awful. It was rushed, deprived of details and the reading flow was bad. I'm now 21 (2023) with a new account and hopefully better writing skills, so I decided to give this fic a rewrite/revamp. I'm not even into Ferard shipping anymore but I feel bad at how poorly this fic was written lmao.
