Years Later

Sarah used to have what people would consider a 'normal' life, until her father killed her mother, and what really affected her was that she could not do anything to stop him. He soon became an alcoholic, but Sarah and her older brother, James, did not know what to do or how to escape this life. The 3 years they spent with him were probably the worst in her life, but they still didn't go. That is until her father suddenly becomes abusive. That was the last straw for James, who sends her to boarding school, with no one but him and his (super hot) best friend, Alex, knowing. Fortunately, James was going to university and so they would both be away from the man who was not their father, but made up half their DNA. After 2 years of boarding school, she receives a note saying her father is dead, but for some reason instead of feeling joy, she feels as if something is not right. Leaving school to visit her brother (and Alex), join Sarah as she uncovers mysteries and may even fall in love.
