Uruvi, a golden hearted Princess of Pukeya, tried hard to change her destiny. She did not want to be married to anyone but unwantedly she befriended with two arch enemy Arjuna and Karna. One became her brother while another her husband. She tried to reconcile both of them with their wives, Arjuna with Chitrangada and Karna with Supriya. But would this big devotee and friend of Lord Krishna be sucessful in her endeavour? With whom her own destiny was then written? Who would be her friends and foes? Would she be loved and adored by all? Why Yuddhisthir loved her as his own sister? Why Duryodhan considered her as his friend and advisor? Why had wise Bhism considered her as as his own granddaughter? Could she convince Kunti to declare Karna as her first-born? Could she stop the great blood thirsty war of Mahabharata? Or would she also perish in this great blood thirsty battle along with her husband and sons?

However Uruvi was not a well known as Karna Sangini. Mostly only one Karna's wife had been depicted. Some named her as Vrushali and some Padmavati. In the Ved Vyas Mahabharata the wife of Karna was only named as Karna-Sangini. Most would tell that the story of Uruvi was just a folklore and mentioned only in the scripts of South India. So kindly remember that fact before reading my book. She was Shankar Putri and Foster daughter of Bhumi Devi or mother earth.

This is my original unpublished story and purely fan fiction and imaginative. It is copyrighted by only me. Nowhere except here it was published ever. It was not taken from any serial or book. It is part of my imagination. I don't want to hurt anyone's religious beliefs, feelings or sentiments. The pictures are taken from public domains. How she reached from Kaliyug to Dwapar yug and why? Many more things are running through her mind and all she got from the mortal disguise of Lord Narayan, Krishna is, "Tum etihas ka hissa nahi balki etihas rachne aayi ho. Apni vaggya ka racaita tum khud ho. " (You're not part of the history. Rather you have come to create the history. You're the writer of your own destiny.) *********** Familiar with the Mahabharat? Don't worry if you're not. I've added a short description of the original Mahabharat plot in the book for those. This story will follow the original mahabharat storyline but in a vastly different way with a lot of twists and events in my style. 😉 I'm aware Mahabharat holds religious sentiments for some and I do not INTEND to offend anyone. This is for entertainment purpose only. So don't get serious or offended please. And I apologise in advance if you feel hurt by any content of the book.
Destiny or Accident? by Shivi_Kohli
47 parts Ongoing Mature
Advika, 25, recently retired from her perilous career as a spy for the Indian government. She's faced trauma that most couldn't bear in a lifetime. Now, all she craves is the one thing her life lacked-normalcy. A quiet, boring life free from the shadows of her past. But she'd never admit it, even to herself. To desire simplicity feels like weakness. Yet, deep down, that's all she wants-something real, something safe. Karna, born a suta but kshatriya by heart, is a man who defied everything society forced upon him. Humiliated, cursed, and denied his rightful place, all he ever longed for was to learn weaponry-archery, his true calling. Though denied by every royal and guru, he carved his own path, mastering the art despite them all. Now, he seeks the respect and glory he's been denied, determined to claim his place in Hastinapur, the very kingdom that rejected him. He's no longer just a man-he's an enigma, a force of sheer will. But what happens when Karna, through mysterious forces, arrives in Advika's house? In a clash of instinct and fear, she attacks first, questions later. Their worlds, separated by centuries and desires, suddenly collide. One seeking peace, the other seeking glory. Both wanting the impossible. Advika wanted a simple life after the storms of her past. But maybe it was too much to ask. Karna wanted respect and honor in the land that spurned him. But maybe that, too, was too much to ask. Though their lives are worlds apart, something powerful connects them, pulling them into a moment neither can explain. Two souls, bound by destiny, stand before each other in an era foreign to them both. And as they each seek what they desire most, one truth becomes clear-when the universe conspires to grant your deepest wishes, there's always a price. The question is: at what cost? Earlier known as 'fragment of time and reality'
Amba: A Reincarnation of lust for Love of Bhism by Amropali

We are going to see this story from the perspective of Kashi Princess Amba who longed to marry King Shantanu and Ganga Putra Bhism but was brutally rejected by him for several times. What will happen if a 21st century girl, student of Psychology, suddenly discovered herself reincarnated as Princess Amba? What was she had to find herself amidst the political turmoil of India when the fate of a girl was already decided by her patiarchial society long before her birth? Why she went after Bhism after being rejected repeatedly? Would her own 21st century mindset be helpful for her or put prove to be an obstacle in her road? The pressing question was could she change the well known destiny of Princess Amba or not? This is my third story on Mahabharata series. I like this fiesty warrior princess for her struggle through her two different births to avenge her insult. This story is very close to my heart. The time set of this fictional story was both ancient age of India at the time of Mahabharata and also 21st century. This is my original unpublished fan- fiction type story. I did not want hurt anyone's feelings. I just try to unravel the inner psychology of Kashi state's beautiful Princess Amba after rejection by Bhism and her simultaneous transformation to Sikhandini and Sikhandi. My story is loosely based on Mahabharata but in most part of my imagination. All the pictures are taken from the public domains. Images courtesy: Google Chrome and Pinterest.

The greenish-blue orbs stared at the group gathering below as she hide behind the curtain watching the crowd. Maharishi, gurus, yogis from all over were sitting infront if the large fire chanting the sacred mantras. Her kohl drawn eyes widened as she let out a gasp, stumbling behind. Her face turned into a rosy flush as a strong hand gripped her shoulders, preventing her from falling down. " Brother...I," She began, blushing brightly as the man placed his finger on her pale lips before walking past her. She pouted and elbowed his ribs, peering from behind him. " I want to see! What's so special ?" She huffed, crossing her hands over her chest as she pouted. " Curiosity Killed the Cat...Come along...if Maharaj found us sneaking around...he would be extremely displeased," The handsome man said as he gripped her hand firmly and dragged her away. She turned her face and sighed seeing Maharaj Draupad face beaming with pride and happiness as he loudly proclaimed that Lord Shiva has blessed him and the entire Panchal nation. " Will he ever look at me like that?," she asked in a forlorn tone causing the elder man to sigh and wrap his arms around her. " I hope not! You my little one deserves more than his desire for revenge," Satyajit said as he pat her shoulder. ****************************************** Aaratrika's life changed the moment her parents conducted the yagna. She became the forgotten princess of Panchal in the awakening of Panchali. Torn apart between her feelings with Hastinapur's crown prince's, she must decide if Duryodhan is worth her father's wrath or is her feelings for Yusdhistir worth her sister's marriage. Rewritten from my original story which I took down due to some personal issues. Aaratrika...Princess...Queen...most importantly Mahabharata's Unknown Mistress...the woman who watched every plot...scheme's...and idea and yet remain behind the shadows never to be known.

Our Curse

53 parts Ongoing

This story has been running in my brain lately. About the great sons of Mahabharatha warriors getting cursed to live a painful life in the cruel time of Kaliyuga. This story mainly concentrares on the first borns of some of the renown Warriors of Mahabharatha namely Karn, Arjun and many more. It's a fun story with different point of views and if you find a story similar to this probably it's a coincidence. This story contains some crazy and unimaginable stuff and also purely fictional. There would be some dialogues in hindi. Do give this story a chance if you think it worth it. »»--⍟--««»»--⍟--««»»--⍟--«« Abhi : Bhai I swear I just came to a birthday party.
