A long time ago, the United States of America was a Nation of vast opportunity and promise. But all of that had burned when the cities of America burned in Nuclear Hellfire. Many Factions tried to rebuild America at its finest but all of them failed. The NCR Weakened by its bureaucracy, The Brotherhood of steel belief that theirs all the last glories of prewar America, the Enclave trying to restore America at its image by genocide of all so called undesirables. But what if America return by the hand of a single person. Will he succeed? Or will he fall to the challenge of the Nuclear Wasteland? Let's see then.

When these vaults finally their inhabitants set out across ruins of the old world to build new societies, establish new villages, forming tribes. As decades passed, what had been the American Southwest united beneath the flag of the New California Republic, dedicated to old-world values of democracy and the rule of law. As the Republic grew, so did its needs. Scouts spread east, seeking territory and wealth, in the dry and merciless expanse of the Mojave Desert. They returned with tales of a city untouched by the warheads that had scorched the rest of the world. And a great wall spanning the Colorado River. The NCR mobilized its army and sent it east to occupy the Hoover Dam and restore it to working condition. But across the Colorado, another society had arisen under a different flag. A vast army of slaves, forged from the conquest of 86 tribes: Caesar's Legion. Four years have passed since the Republic held the Dam - just barely - against the Legion's onslaught. The Legion did not retreat. Across the river, it gathers strength. Campfires burned, and training drums beat. Through it all, the New Vegas Strip has stayed open for business under the control of its mysterious overseer, Mr. House, and his army of rehabilitated Tribals and police robots. While all this was going on two people lived their lives. Loona, a hellhound and slave of Vulpes Inculta dragged to Nipton as her master made plans to destroy to town. And a courier working for the Mojave Express, who had been selected to deliver the Platinum Chip only to be caught by a man named Benny and left for dead in the Goodsprings Cemetery. Little did anyone know, but these two unassuming people would come together and be to ones to change to fate of the entire Mojave Wasteland... I do not own Helluva boss of Fallout New Vegas.

I grab the note, while lowering my gun. I look up only to find the man gone. I unfold the paper. It's hard to make out the words in red ink with the dim lighting of the sewer tunnel. Eventually, I'm able to decipher, "34.0522' N, 118.2437' W". Coordinates. At the bottom of the note, scribbled out in black in, there's one phrase. It was until things would begin to shift by the arrival of a new nation and a man in his twenties from Earth, alongside his friends and allies, came to eventually liberate Earthrealm from the evil Phoenix Empire. Who had a strange and incredible ability, who will create and lead a new nation, equipped with the knowledge, strategies, and technologies of 1940s history, and games including War Thunder, Hearts of Iron IV, World of Warships, and World of Tanks. Also follows Team Avatar through the new conflict.
