She's never backed away from a challenge before, so why start now? Even if it means "babysitting" a boy that she's known since she was six. The Sweeny brothers, will do ANYTHING to get rid of Bella for good, so that their mother will FINALLY remember that they exist. Besides, battling Bella in the game of wits and pranks has been far more fun than they'll ever let her know. After a year, they still have not come to terms with the fact that she's there to stay. When one normal seeming weekend, begins to slide downhill at a rapid pace, Bella's rocky, mysterious past begins to haunt her, and the rest of her town. Will the Sweenys and the Harkens finally rebuild the bridge that had been torn down in an equally as mysterious strife, or will they revert back to the hatred and loathing they've known for so long? Elira is on the run from a dark force that's been pursuing him from ages. When he is nearly captured by these people, horrifying truths are revealed and his entire world shifts. Will he be able to confront his fears and stop this unknown entity or die trying? - This is a story that's full of angst and takes some dark turns (at least I hope so), Elira goes by El, Ells, and Elli, as well as some fake names. He is at least somewhat aware of us, the reader, and acknowledges us often, that's why he takes explains things with oddly, making a comment or two about how he should've known you wouldn't know that thing. Idk I thought it'd be interesting. And by interesting I mean a chance to absolutely horrify you and gouge your heart out :DDD! But yeah I hope y'all enjoy, best of luck.Complete

It wasn't bad enough that Ben was homeless. Having a dead family nearly killed him before. Until he learned to live alone on the docks and streets, scavenging for food and supplies just to stay alive. He was actually doing well. Then, he saw the bodies washed up on the beach. All were dead except for one: a young boy like him. As they were meeting, they saw the other dead bodies... walk. How was this possible? They were already dead... but now they're walking. And they're not who they were anymore. White-soulless eyes, weather beaten flesh, mindless flesh-eaters.
