Snowed in for Christmas
Christmas is usually considered to be the most wonderful time of the year, but we can't say the same for Kai Myers. The lonely ranger chose to isolate himself in the cold and wild forests of Montana, because he was finally done with celebrating this holiday, with socializing and especially with waiting for another Christmas miracle to stumble into his life. Or so he thought, until destiny put Anneliese King in his way, with all her warmth, kindness and shy smiles, in hopes of defrosting that icy heart of Kai. After yet another failed attempt to publish one of her books, Anneliese decided that a short getaway at her grandfather's cabin in the woods for the winter holidays will do her well, but she didn't expect the grumpy ranger that came as a packaged deal. Will she be able to warm her way towards his cold and guarded heart, or will the cold get to her first? Discover their story, only in "Snowed in for Christmas".Complete

Downhill From Here (#1)
I clicked my feet on my board and stood tall, hands on my hips looking up at him. He was staring at me. Blinking and taking a step closer, he placed a hand on my waist, shocking me. Even through the thickness of my jacket, I felt the pressure of his hand. Looking at me dead in the eyes he said, "You're hips are angled a little off," Shifting my body slightly, he looked down at my feet. "And you've got to bend a bit more when you take off." He tapped at my knee and made me crouch slightly. I was listening but only partially because my heart beat seemed to be louder than his voice. "Got it?" He said catching my eye. "Mhhmm," I mumbled, trying to breathe slowly. *************************************** A girl, her snowboarding dreams, a 3 year long crush on her snowboarding guy best friend, an encounter with a famous snowboarding legend with a secret, an adorable small child, two best friends who'd kill for her, and the competition she's waited for her whole life.
