Two years after the events of Solar Flare. Luis and Rowan's are planning for their wedding, as well as Luis's ascension to the title of alpha - A dramatic change that emboldens many werewolves to join Tillamook Camp Pack. 

Amid the flurry of planning for the ascension ceremony, it is brought to Rowan's attention that two of the new applicants shockingly became werewolves via injection.
