The Chosen One Chronicles: Where the Light Meets the Dark
High school student Anthony Scalese was having a normal day when his friends decided that they wanted to attend a party. After bumping into Emma, the girl of his dreams, in a not-so-positive way, he realizes that the day isn't going well. It gets worse when tragedy strikes, and his friend takes his own life at that party, forcing him into a depression that not even his little sister can help him out of. The only thing that keeps him going is his excitement for a school camping trip that is coming up with his best friend Edward. After a little mishap while hiking down from their camp site, Anthony and his major crush fall down the side of the mountain and get stuck, then get chased by a gun-wielding maniac into a cave. After what seems like days, they make it out of the cave alive, only to find out that they have ended up in a new world: a world where nothing makes sense. There are giants and leprechauns and shapeshifters...but there is also a great darkness that is out to destroy everyone-and everything-that it sees. Young Anthony finds out that it is up to him and Emma to save this new world with great powers that he had no idea he had, and make it home before anybody suspects a thing. Told from a first-person point-of-view, it goes into detail about the thought processes of a young man who has everything to lose. The protagonist deals with real life struggles every day, including the death of his friend, his dad who left him at an early age, and the pain of seeing his little sister being hurt by her boyfriend. He also has to take charge and become a hero for those who can't against an unwavering bully in a far-away world. My book blends fiction with reality, as the reader follows along in the life of a shy high school student who gets thrown into many situations he must overcome as he finds out who he truly is and why it is him who needs to save the world, while keeping the reader guessing every step of the way.Terminé

This book is about highschool kids but specifically and girl who is a junior and has a boyfriend who is on the football team and has a best friend in which the girl despise. His best friend however, seems interested in her, he is always been there for her when she needs someone to caress her. He there for seems very interested in her and always make trouble of her. She really dislike him but there was this adventure trip in which these three teenagers was a part of and they were in the same group. They camped in the woods and had to work together to gather good points But now she is starting to gather feelings her him when she is still in a relationship with her boy friend so she don't know what to do or who to choose.Terminé

This story is about a boy who has always been defenseless and alot of actions and people soon help him overcome this fear by training him.
