It has been almost a year since Kerös Pellrima came into their lives, and things are not getting any less complicated.

The year has mainly been uneventful for the guys; Ander's biggest problems are his Junior year science project and the fact that Ely has been dreaming of some guy.Memphis has settled quite nicely into the IIA and she wonders if she should go see her father, whose letters constantly arrive at Baker Manor. Boreas searches for answers; he was saved from his fall and given a quest, to discover his true origins.

The peace in Id'ea means that Kerös has spent most of his time helping sages throughout the time stream, and stopping rogue sages.

Kad mi-el and his brother Lukas have spent the last year analysing a message and the have finally deciphered it all, the most important part being the last three words.

What happens when your entire world is ripped away from you? You pray for strength. Kenzlee Raised in a fairyland of the rich and privileged, Kenzlee Mitchell had the perfect life. Though her parents were absent and neglectful, her twin brother wasn't. With more money than any teenager needed, freedom to do whatever she wanted, and a brother who supported her fully, it was easy to forget that there were people all around the world who didn't have it as easily as she did. Talon Raised with more responsibility than most kids, Talon Draven was an old soul. Even though he was only eighteen-years-old, he took the responsibility of taking care of his sister and mother very seriously. With an absent father and a mother who worked two jobs, Talon did what he had to in order to take care of his younger sister and help out his mother. When you least expect it... After Kenzlee's father loses everything that they own, she's shipped off to her uncle's house until her parents can get their act together. Suddenly, she's faced with a new life, new school, new friends, and an uncertain future. However, none of that anxiety compares to when she first meets Talon Draven. After Talon's spent years sticking to his life's plan, he's hit with a temptation that he never imagined could exist. On his way to class, he's run over by a goddamn princess, and his entire life's focus shifts. Staring into the face of the most beautiful girl that he's ever seen, Talon just has to have her. While Kenzlee's preparing for an uncertain future, Talon's preparing for a future with her in it. However, the one thing they can both agree on? Staying away from one another is a lot harder than it should be. Spoiler Alert: There's no lake in the town of Lakeside. Niccola is a demi-queen undercover in enemy territory. Her little sister went missing seven moons ago, but one lead remains: a picture of a woman's face, drawn by a diviner shortly after the disappearance. Tracking her down has led Niccola to Calis, the realm next door whose border with her own remains closed for a reason. There, the trail goes cold. Until, that is, Niccola runs into a man in the marketplace who bears a family resemblance to the woman she seeks. His name is Isaiah, crown prince of Calis, and he's investigating disappearances, too. They join forces, faking courtship to sneak Niccola into the palace and get Isaiah's wedding-minded mother off his back. It doesn't take long to suspect that a common threat might underpin both their realms' problems. And as Niccola begins to develop real feelings for Isaiah, she's faced with an impossible choice: reveal her secrets and risk breaking his trust, or leave him in order to chase down the woman who stole her sister... a woman whose forbidden magic comes with a cost that could bring both realms to ruin. ❖❖❖ Complete and fully edited. The Great Ruse

33 parts Complete

"What if we switched?" It's a classic sort of tale. The fiery heroine, Lady Valdis Adalwin, would go to the ends of the earth to avenge her mother after her brutal death in the Fiddleweld Fire five years ago. She still remembers the face of the man who started it all, clear as day, and she will not rest until he is dead by her hand. If finding him means she must disguise as a man and go off to war against the evil magic-wielding realm that set the city aflame, then so be it. Except this story isn't about Val-this is about me, Emerson, the man whose identity Val stole. The ruse was supposed to be a simple one. Switch Roshadian Citizen Papers with my best friend, go to the Royal Ball in her place, and then disappear for a year while Val takes her hero complex to the Border with my army summons. Easy enough, right? Yeah, who were we kidding. So now on top of hiding my ability to use magic, an offense punishable by death, I'll also be thieving the identity of an upper - an offense also punishable by death. Layers of deceit collide in this tale of how I tried to save my life while also learning how to live. Spoiler alert: things don't go according to plan.
