Freya James gets assigned to write an expose on her university's Hockey Team. Seems not too bad right? Wrong. She knows nothing about Hockey and couldn't care less about it. Wanting to impress her long-time crush, she rises up to the challenge but didn't think it'd come with another. 

Two words. 

Christian Davenport. Position? Cold and calculated as Center Forward on the ice. Off the ice? Well he just seems not that different. Christian's whole life is hockey and the chance to play for the NHL seems just in his grasp. 

That is, until he messed up doing something he shouldn't have and was publicized all over social media. He was caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. But he won't say what happened. For this, he hates the media for ruining his life and won't let anything or anyone distract him from reaching his NHL dream.
