Taking place in the late 70s in Gotham City in the midst of a gang war between Rupert Thorne and Oswald Cobblepot for control of Gotham's Underworld, a vigilante calling himself 'The Batman' has taken to the streets and rooftops dishing out his brutal band of justice towards the guilty whether it's brutally beating them to a pulp or outright murdering them. It has some of the criminals running scared and that's not even the half of it. An ambitious man by the name of Jack Napier dreams of becoming a standup comedian to provide for his family but fate has other ideas for him as a sequence of tragic events not only causes Jack to lose everything but transform into a terrifying criminal known as The JokerAll Rights Reserved
