Taking place in the late 70s in Gotham City in the midst of a gang war between Rupert Thorne and Oswald Cobblepot for control of Gotham's Underworld, a vigilante calling himself 'The Batman' has taken to the streets and rooftops dishing out his brutal band of justice towards the guilty whether it's brutally beating them to a pulp or outright murdering them. It has some of the criminals running scared and that's not even the half of it.
