Mound Bayou infamous Sheriff Grant wasn't too keen on asking three untrained supernatural 16-year-olds to help save their town. Despite their unique abilities, the young heroes didn't answer his request with a "Yes Sheriff, it's our duty!", like one would think. And how could they? The three were busy untangling the tight lipped secrets and lies they had been told all their lives; combined with the pressures of school, dating, friends and covert rivals, kept them pretty busy. Shouldn't the Sheriff's 20+ years of experience fighting supernatural beings make him more than qualified in keeping the town safe? Most would agree with that statement, but this new enemy was different. This new opponent wasn't just faster or stronger, Sheriff Grant has been tangling with the best of the best since he was a rookie on the police force. So, while our young heroes and the sheriff were busy battling it out with the Towns Torturer and his crew. Unbeknownst to them a new foe had been hiding in the shadows, studying the sheriff, the townsfolk, and any potential threats that could hinder a hostile takeover. Developing a meticulous and methodical plan to seize the town's best kept secret, The Bayou. "What if I don't want to be a hero, save your damn selves!" - Jachobrin What the Author hopes? If only for one second or even just a small inkling. I somehow convinced you that the things I write about could exist. Then I accomplished my goal as a dope writer. ✍🏽 Blood Roots - Just be glad I choose forgiveness.
