Dreamgates is a project that I have been working on for years now. 
An idea that has exploded into many branching concepts that I don't think I've seen anyone put together in a story before. 

It has its ties to the internet based urban legend known as the Backrooms, but takes a mighty big twist on the concept. Simply because 1). I of course want to write an original story, and 2). It has grown beyond simply existing in a world of liminal spaces and has grown as I have grown. 

I have always seen people argue whether or not the Backrooms should have monsters in it. 
Keep the liminality! The psychological horror is where it stands the strongest! 
And I agree to an extent. 

Dreamgates will have both, in balance, but aside from being a horror story- it will be heavily character driven. A sci fi fantasy mystery. A deep look into philosophy and culture and the fate of the universe. 
It will be mind bending. A survival game. A battle royale. 
A hunt. And a show. 
A world full of dark horrors both man and monster. 
A world full of light and hope, seeking a new purpose in life. 
This is Dreamgates in every way and more.

Meanwhile, Alyia and Chris are in the midst of a battle with their superhuman government, a governmental force within a different, godly universe shifts into instability as new gods take on the position of leading this society, Dreamscape. A feared yet qualified God known as Ahirman, is caught in the crossfire; landing him with a stab wound and with the need to be healed by a unique healing power within the superhuman-verse. Who had the balls to stab this god? Will he survive the stab wound? Will he reach the superhuman universe in time, let alone be healed by a lesser walk of life, a superhuman?
