A girl who struggles to find acceptance and appreciation in her family. Despite being the first-born, she feels emotionally neglected compared to her siblings and is constantly seeking validation and acknowledgement.
She has a dream of becoming powerful both physically, mentally, and financially independent. However, her family doesn't support her aspirations, particularly her mother, who only shows off her daughter's achievements to the public but fails to be there for her emotionally.
She is overweight, has trust issues, and feels left out even in her own family. Her siblings don't respect her, and she often gets in trouble because of them. Despite all of this, she loves her family but also hates them for making her feel so alone.
"I want to become a successful businesswoman, Ammi. I want to make something of myself, but you and Baba don't understand," she said, frustration evident in her voice.
"Why can't you be like your sisters and focus on finding a good husband? That's all a woman needs," her mother replied dismissively.
"That's not all I want, Ammi. I have dreams, and I want to achieve them. Why can't you support me?" she asked, her voice rising.
"You're being unreasonable. Your father has spent a lot of money on your education, and this is how you repay him? By disobeying him and pursuing a career that's not even suitable for a woman?" her mother retorted.
"I'm not disobeying anyone, Ammi. I'm making my own choices. Why can't you see that?" she said, tears welling up in her eyes.
The argument continued, with both parties unwilling to back down. In the end, the she stormed out of the house, feeling more alone and unsupported than ever before. All Rights Reserved
