There was a woman who suddenly appeared in a rural seaside town. Her name is Lisa Manoban. Lisa looked at the sea every day without doing any work. People in the town called Lisa a 'weirdo' and refused to approach her.

The only person who cares about Lisa and talks to her every day is the owner of the restaurant's only daughter, Jennie.

The "Mubon Case" is known to people as a mass kidnapping and mass murder case. Lisa was the sole survivor of the Mubon Case.

Mubon was not just a bizarre murderer who repeatedly kidnapped and murdered, but also a mad scientist who conducted experiments with one purpose. Lisa was born from that experiment. Lisa had a sister who was born from the same experiment. After the case was discovered, Lisa was separated from her sister. She came to this town to look for her sister.

One day, in the calm waters of the coast, someone saw a mysterious large fish, causing a fuss within the peaceful seaside town.
