Things make a surprising turn when she and her clan find out that the beachside town they're currently stranded in are filled with local RoadWalkers who actually seem to care for the winged cats, and the two seems to know every trick in the hidden code to get food without having to have a strenuous hunt. As they help BlazeClan make the journey to their final destination, Goslingpaw can't help but feel something is drawing her towards the supposedly mythical island they are headed towards. The voices are getting louder now; Goslingpaw's heart seems to be leading her home. But with two strange 'tribal' toms who don't seem trustworthy in the slightest and her mother finding any chance she can to kill her off so her sister can take the spotlight once more, Goslingpaw's not sure if she'll actually survive to see the sunrise again.

Leopardwillow spat, "you should know not to kill warriors during things so ridiculous as border skirmishes Starclan doesn't want us to kill each other." By now her fur stood on end but Flamestar looked terrifyingly calm. "I suppose, but the way I see it there should only be one clan not two. How ridiculous our ancestors decided it." Flamestar said with a curious tone. "I shall make this short before we depart young warrior - I'd watch my back from now on if I were you." the orange she-cat said thoughtfully. Timberheart leapt off the boulder "Is that a threat?!" he growled. Flamestar thought her words over "Maybe. Lakeclan to me!" she yowled before either of them had time to respond.
