Tanjiro, Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Nezuko practice at the school base of the 9 Hashiras since not all the demons died, only the 12 kizuki and about 50% of demons!• In this case tho, they didn't meet Inosuke until after they defeated Muzan Kibutsuji

Things are difficult between Tanjiro and Inosuke, but the thing is Zenitsu starts to feel left out and tries to seperate them, and....
