Candy, Cigarettes & Soda!

An old man who was a former police officer ends up taking a job with the SS Agency which he learns is anything but a standard job. He ends up becoming the partner of a pair of young assassins taking out those that can not be touched by the Japanese government through normal means, thus the SS Agency steps in to clean up the garbage.
