Unfinished Perfection

"I just--I want more time, Harry. Don't you?" Lynette fought to keep her voice steady. "This--this isn't enough."

Harry shifted and his eyes met hers. She could see that his too, shone with unshed tears. His fingers toyed aimlessly with his IVs and he exhaled tiredly into his oxygen mask. But then he smiled, a beautiful smile that lit up his face revealing the dimples she loved.

"You know, I think I've finally gotten exactly the amount of time I need." He let a single tear fall. "You are my one great, perfect love and knowing you has made my life complete."
