Fian merupakan seorang jururawat yang baru bertugas di sebuah klinik pedalaman di Sarawak. Dia baru saja tamat pengajian dalam bidang kejururawatan. Pada suatu hari, dia ditugaskan untuk merawat seorang pesakit lelaki yang cedera akibat terjatuh semasa bekerja. Fian juga harus pergi ke rumah pemuda tersebut setiap hari untuk memberi rawatan. Hari demi hari, suatu perasan wujud dalam diri Fian yang dia sendiri tidak tahu.
Heri merupakan seorang pemuda yang berusia 28 tahun dan tinggal di sebuah pedalaman di Sarawak dan bekerja sebagai pekebun dan buruh kasar . Memiliki badan yang kekar dan tinggi walaupun tidak ke gym akibat kos hidup dan tinggal jauh dari bandar. Suatu hari, semasa dia sedang mengangkat batu bata, dia tersilap langkah menyebabkan batu yang diangkat beliau jatuh menimpa kakinya dan cedera. Beliau dihantar ke klinik berdekatan dan dirawat oleh seorang jurarawat lelaki. Setiap hari, Heri akan didatangi oleh jururawat tersebut untuk merawatnya. Timbul sebuah perasaan dalam diri Heri.
Apakah yang berlaku di antara kedua-duanya?

He has been out since seventh grade and is thankful he has never gotten hate for it, not that it would have bothered him anyway. Alec Walker is someone who everyone knows and likes, though he doesn't consider himself to be one of the popular kids. He has brown hair, hazel eyes with the perfect mix of brown and green, and his side profile could make angels swoon. Neither of those two boys seem very different from each other, both are kind, well-liked, and very handsome. Even if they aren't friends, you wouldn't expect them to dislike each other. Well, sadly that is incorrect. Ever since they can remember, they have each hated each other with a burning passion. Jace thinks Alec is a jackass know-it-all, and Alec thinks Jace is annoying and throws his personality in everyone's faces. Those seem like very small or petty things that they could easily overcome by having a conversation, but both are too stubborn for that. It is a mutual hate that neither will give up. But when one day they get news that seems like the end of the world... it turns out to be the best thing that has happened to both of them.
