Five year-old Emmy has a vivid imagination. But is her imagination so strong that she could create a whole person? Emmy meets a curious lady called Zipper one day, but Emmy is the only person who can see her. She's funny and wears makeup like a clown and sometimes Emmy likes her. Sometimes she does bad things and Emmy doesn't like her.
Kat is concerned about her daughter, who has been acting out. She doesn't sleep at night and she does bad things that she's blaming on someone called Zipper, a new imaginary friend. But is she really imaginary? Zipper's description catches Kat by surprise and reminds her of something very painful.
Who is Zipper? Why does she do these things? Why is she there?
