Laìla was a girl who grew up on a small island, Awa'atlu, its a Metkayina Clan village off the coast of the Eastern Sea. It is led by Olo'eyktan, Tonowari and Tsahìk, Ronal, Laìla grew up along side tonowari and ronals kids , tsireya and Ao'nung and along side another kid rotxo. the four were as close as everbut ao'nung and Laìla's bond was unbreakable even through all the small agumeants or big fights they were tied to the hip

Laìla lives in the shadow of her older brother latu and younger sister Ev'ina, her father, Ka'ani and mother, Newey had big titles, her mother being the best hunter in the clan and father best warrior, she always tried to live up to them bu fails by accident causing them to discipline her, only a few na'vi know of this but very very few, but no matter what she always trys even if it gets her in trouble

Ao'nung was a sweet boy but as he got older he got colder trying to hide hat sweetness, he knew of what Laìla's parents did and it angered him that she would never speak up causing a few agumeants, he never understood why she couldnt realise he did it because he care for her, he loved her, he always had a small crush on her since they were little and always crashed her dates or threatened the guy's ou of jealousy, but she never knew that
