Or not having a spesial relationship between a serten spirit (for you guys that may or may not believe in God). But one day someone special in her life dies. She pretends that the dead person in her life was still alive. With one deep conversation with that person, she may begin to see the solution to her problems. ( sounds deep, I know but good story!!!
