Since 13 years after the dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire, vampires called "Blutsaugers" came into existence under unknown circumstances, causing attempted mass murder of humans until they made peace at the end of the 19th century.

Siegfried and his great-grandfather are the last survivors of von Wagenheim family, an infamous family of Blutsaugers in Germany. He works as a doctor by day, but at night, he is a vigilante who seeks to put an end to his father's legacy by hunting down Neo-Nazis.

Upon hearing the news of a Blutsauger attack on a train station in Berlin, he is shocked to see his ex-girlfriend Beatrice as one of his patients. Siegfried enters her dream and attempts to strike a deal with her to become his partner in combat, find the perpetrator and get their revenge.

But the problem is he found himself falling in love with her again, and wants to take her hand in marriage.
