The tragic story of a self-hating poet Amilian who one day comes in contact with an entity that targets people with extreme self-loathing issues which curses his way of thinking and action-taking. The curse comes in a form of a desperate need for validation and desire of others in order to ultimately, for once feel a sense of like for himself. Once his closest friend Gulliver finds out about the entity's existence and motives, he tries to warn Amilian of the two ways his fate might end if he continues going the path of desire: the danger of losing his sense of self and becoming something unrecognizable, or never actually achieving his state of being desired and ending up a broken person with more problems that was necessary for his already unstable mind. This book contains triggering content: Implied self-harm, mental health, abandonment and attachment issues, loss of self, death.
