Meet Bell, a 16 years old high school student who lives in the Philippines. He always has an interest in warships, playing games that have any relations to them. Because of his interest, he made his own warship called the "HMS Bell", a Bell-class light cruiser that specializes in supporting its fleet by anti air defense, and its fast movement. He wanted to make a ship that can support the fleet after knowing the fate of USS Arizona during World War 2. He was happy and satisfied in the making of his own ship that he even showed it to his friends. But what happens when he gets reincarnated in another world as the warship that he was satisfied to make?

13 Battle Stars, that's how many the USS Cleveland got when fighting in WW2 along side her other sisters. But what if Cleveland had a brother? Someone who looks like her, thinks like her, likes the same things as her, basically, a perfect copy of Cleveland, but a boy. Join Y/N, a Cleveland Class ship who admires his older sisters, Cleveland, Columbia, Montpelier, and Denver. He is the CL-83 Cleveland Class Cruiser, Manchester. He was there when his sisters were sold and scrapped. (I do not count the other 2 Cleveland Class ships in this story, only the main 4)
