In the lands of Vanatheais there lies a hunter who lives deep within the lands of Sangael Freya, the home of the Fae. A botanist and a magical creature enthusiast, Amuron Sellaven tries his best to live his life in solitude. After rescuing a satyr named Ilias from a bear trap, they slowly get to know each other. Things start to go well, and a spark of interest happens between them.
However, a darkness lurks within the air. Magic is slowly draining from the lands known as the Dwindling, and the Fae are the first to notice. After being captured by the Elven King, Amuron makes an impossible deal to relay information from the human world to the Fae world and uncover why the Dwindling is occurring.
He must act fast, because if there is no magic in the world, the land will plunge into chaos. It's only a matter of time before everyone else starts to notice too, and causes a bloody war between races for magic and power.
