Fire. For hundreds of years, people feared fire. Mankind would see the searing flames and cower in fear, until they would learn to harness it. They would create fire in pits and learn to use it for warmth and light and to cook food. They would make peace with their fears and use their innovation to control the thing they feared for so long. Until tragedy strikes again, and mankind would live in fear once again as their former torturer returns tenfold, lighting cities and people ablaze and burning the world. However, history will repeat itself, and the human race will learn to control fire once again, only this time in a different way, one that will infuse the fate of man and fire forever.

Having Super Powers were nothing more than a dream as a child. However, people all over the world have special powers known as Quirks allowing them to become Heros. Around 80% of the world's population has a quirk in some shape or form while the other 20% of people do not have quirks. With such powers being granted to a majority of people, there are also villains as well aside from heroes. Kyudai, a faithful servant of All for One, has a secret lab far from the city where he started his work on creating the perfect monster to bring down All Might. He had the DNA of several monsters that he managed to acquire after traveling to a scheduled Island that only he knew off and no one else. Most of the samples he found were from various monsters ranging from all sizes and destructive powers. His most prized monster that he found the most interesting was a beast of blue fur and the ability to control lighting. In the past, he failed numerous times to create the perfect being, but with each failure, he improved on the last. Over time he was finally able to create the perfect she gave the name of the monster Z-17. With his creation now perfected, he orders the beast to go and seek out All Might under All for One's commands through a device around his head. However, little did they knew that the creation had a mind of its own will. During the battle with All Might and other famous Heros, the device that was around his head broke off, free him from All for One's control.
