Nyx Solace is 16 years old when she is paired up with her long time rival Axi Grimm. They both have to go on a road trip with some other classmates.

But as soon as they leave their town something happens. The news strikes the world, but they don't know it yet, not until they reach their destination.

They will be forced to fightback, but will they survive, Can they manage to fend off these things. But most importantly, can they still love each other?
