He offered him a job, to be one of his Agent's of The Homeland Division. He then took the Job immediately. For 3 next year's, he was the top Division Agent, everyone in the military new about him, but nothing about his files. They we're all classified because of The President since he was a high decorated soldier who can be easily targeted by anyone who took one look at the files.
