This is a story about a curious boy named Caleb who discovers a mysterious door on his way to school. When he enters the room, he meets a girl named Michelle who has shape-shifting powers. She starts copying Caleb's life, ruining his reputation and making his life miserable. Caleb seeks the help of his locksmith friend to open the door, but he learns that only Michelle has the key. He eventually talks to Michelle and finds out she was jealous of his life and wanted to be like him. They become friends, and she stops copying him, giving him the key to the door. Caleb discovers a beautiful garden on the other side, and he learns the importance of being true to oneself.

We held our breath as we heard footsteps enter the dark room. My heart raced and I covered my mouth to keep from screaming as tears ran down my cheeks. Caleb sat next to me, with obvious fear in his eyes. I knew that the desk couldn't hide us for much longer and that's what scared me the most. The footsteps came closer and they grew louder by the second. I held my breath once I heard the man's footsteps stop. Caleb and I exchanged looks as we sat frozen under the desk. I looked up, trying to listen to the man's actions. Then a gloved hand grabbed the edge of the desk and the man's bloody mask appeared in front of me. He stared at us and chuckled, "Found you." · · · Seven classmates find themselves in detention from breaking the rules at their school. This, of course, isn't their first time in detention but something seemed different. The teacher leaves to do something leaving the kids completely unsupervised which was kind of weird. He usually left some goody two shoes to watch them but this time there was no one except them. Creepy things begin to happen and they find themselves locked in the school. What was this?
