    Octavia Pope is somewhat like her mother,but different. Octavia can be a hard-working woman like her mother but she's way different than her mother. As the story unfolds she realizes more and more that some things you can't change & some things you can change or try to. 
    
    Even though Octavia tries to be different than her mother she always finds herself being in situations her mother has been through & she feels the need to help people just like her mother, but as Kelly Clarkson would say "whatever kills you make you stronger" but in this situation I would say myself "sometimes things that make you stronger can kill you or get you killed"
